The sun never sets during the summer months in Greenland creating something out of a dream. Children are out riding bikes at 2am, and the concept of days disappears. It’s certainly true what they say;
“If you have not seen the Midnight Sun setting behind the wall of icebergs, then you have missed something fundamental in your life!”

The centennial of the battle of Vimy Ridge called us across the ocean. The beaches of Normandy to the defalde ridden fields of Vimy. The presence of place was incredible, and haunting.
